Alloy 20 Round Bars are corrosion-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy bars designed for demanding industrial environments. Alloy 20 is particularly recognized for its resistance to sulfuric acid and is therefore frequently selected for chemical-processing applications.

Alloy 20 Cold Drawn Bars are manufactured by drawing the material through dies to achieve controlled dimensions and surface characteristics. Cold drawing can provide improved dimensional accuracy and a consistent surface finish. Alloy 20 Bright Bars are precision-oriented bars characterized by improved surface finish and dimensional control compared with conventional hot-finished products. They are particularly useful for applications involving machining, automatic processing and components requiring consistent dimensions.

Alloy 20 Hex Bars feature six flat sides and are commonly selected for machining applications involving nuts, bolts, fittings and other components. Their geometry provides convenient access during machining and allows efficient material utilization for hexagonal components.
