Inconel 600, also known as Alloy 600, UNS N06600 and Werkstoff No. 2.4816, is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy developed for applications requiring good corrosion resistance, high-temperature performance and resistance to oxidation.

Inconel 600 Round Bars are among the most widely used forms of Alloy 600. They are supplied in hot-finished, cold-drawn, forged, ground and polished conditions depending on the required dimensional accuracy and application. Round bars are commonly machined into shafts, pins, fasteners, components and high-temperature engineering parts.

Inconel 600 Square Bars are manufactured with four equal sides and are suitable for machining, fabrication and structural engineering components. They can be supplied as hot-finished or cold-worked products depending on dimensional and surface requirements. Inconel 600 Rectangular Bars are manufactured for applications requiring a non-square rectangular cross-section. Custom width, thickness and length combinations can be supplied according to drawings and project requirements.

Inconel 600 Bright Bars are processed to provide improved surface finish and dimensional consistency compared with conventional hot-finished products. Bright bars are suitable for precision machining and applications where surface appearance and dimensional control are important. Inconel 600 Polished Bars receive additional surface treatment to achieve a smoother surface. They can be supplied for applications requiring improved surface quality and appearance.

Cold-drawn Inconel 600 Rods are manufactured by drawing the alloy through dies to obtain controlled dimensions and improved surface finish. Cold working can also increase strength and hardness compared with annealed material. Inconel 600 Hot Finished Barsare manufactured using elevated-temperature working processes and are suitable for larger sections and general engineering applications. They are available in round, square, hexagonal and other configurations depending on production requirements.
