Incoloy 800H Bars & Rods are developed from Alloy 800 with controlled carbon and grain characteristics intended to improve elevated-temperature creep and rupture strength. They are particularly suitable for applications where the material remains under mechanical load at high temperatures for prolonged periods.

Incoloy 800HT Bars & Rods are intended for demanding high-temperature applications where creep and rupture strength are important design considerations. Alloy 800HT is a controlled version of the 800 family with specified carbon, aluminium and titanium levels and a coarse-grained structure designed for elevated-temperature service.

The alloy provides excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization and is used in high-temperature petrochemical, chemical-processing and industrial heating applications. Incoloy 800HT Bars can be supplied as round bars, bright bars, forged bars, square bars, hexagonal bars, flat bars and other configurations depending on customer requirements.
